Born and raised in St. Louis, working with people is Camron’s passion. While growing Revel City, he has remained focused on helping sellers understand their options to make the best decision for their unique situation. Camron also mentors others in the real estate industry. And as all St. Louis locals ask, he’s a graduate of Francis Howell High School.
Lexi Cathcart
COO & Founder
Lexi has the design vision for each property that Revel City takes on – helping to maintain it’s charm while ensuring it’s appealing for today’s buyers. She’s a pro at helping Revel City operate smoothly from the the time a house goes under contract until the final closing. Lexi graduated from Christian High School in St. Peters.
Josh Schnur
Director of Acquisitions
Heading up our buying division, Josh meets with sellers daily to walk their property, educate them on the benefits of selling off-market and offer a fair price for their home. With years of professional experience in managing home renovations and repairs, Josh understands the market value of neighborhoods throughout St. Louis, St. Charles and Jefferson counties – after all, he graduated from Fox High School.
Alisha Schnur
Lead Coordinator
If you call us, chances are you’ll speak with Alisha first! As our lead coordinator, Alisha partners with sellers to understand their situation, answer any initial questions and schedule an appointment for us to view the property. She’s focused on ensuring our sellers have a great experience working with Revel City. Alisha also organizes the InvestHer St. Louis monthly meetups to share knowledge and coach other women in real estate. She’s a graduate of Mehlville High School.
Melissa Cathcart
Director of Marketing
Melissa manages our brand strategy and marketing campaigns to help both sellers and buyers learn about Revel City. She has a decade of experience working with global brands and startups alike, and is passionate about driving growth and scaling operations. Another proud St. Louisan, Melissa also graduated from Francis Howell High School.
Tony Franks
Acquisition Manager
As the only part of the Revel City team that was not born and raised in St. Louis, it has been a blast for Tony to learn from his colleagues the unique needs of sellers in the market. Having worked in real estate for the last several years he has grown to love the relational aspect of caring for sellers as they move toward the sale of their home. Tony is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
Justin Schoemehl
Real Estate Advisor
Justin is our dedicated real estate agent who lists all Revel City Homebuyers properties on the market. He works closely with our acquisitions team to evaluate property values and also partners with our renovation team to prepare properties for listing.
He’s passionate about helping both buyers and sellers navigate successful real estate transactions throughout St. Louis. Justin attended Oakville High School and previously taught at Lindbergh.
